At ChargeZone Fashion, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer 30-day easy returns and exchanges on eligible items. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make returns hassle-free.

2. Return Eligibility

Items must meet these conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Timeframe: Returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags: All original tags must be attached
  • Packaging: Original packaging preferred but not required
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt included

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimates & Lingerie: Underwear, bras, and intimate apparel (unless defective)
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance
  • Worn/Damaged Items: Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Items Without Tags: Products with tags removed or missing
  • Personalized Items: Custom or made-to-order products

4. How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase:

  1. Contact our support team at hello@chargezone.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label (free for US customers)
  3. Pack your item securely with tags attached
  4. Attach the return label to your package
  5. Drop off at your nearest post office or shipping location
  6. You'll receive a tracking number for your return
  7. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days! Contact our support team with your order number and desired exchange. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return. Exchange shipping is free for US customers. International customers may incur shipping fees for exchanges.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by location:

  • US Customers: FREE return shipping label provided
  • UK Customers: Return shipping costs deducted from refund (typically £5-8)
  • South Africa Customers: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective Items: We cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective products

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 2-3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Bank processing times vary—credit cards typically take 7-10 days, PayPal refunds are usually instant. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued. If return shipping costs apply, they'll be deducted from your refund amount.

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in these situations:

  • Item shows minor signs of wear or is missing tags
  • Item returned more than 30 days after delivery (up to 60 days, at our discretion)
  • Return shipping costs need to be deducted (international orders)
  • Original packaging is damaged but product is in good condition

9. Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? We sincerely apologize! Contact us immediately at hello@chargezone.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. You won't pay return shipping for defective items—we'll cover all costs.

10. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send the correct item immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item. You won't be charged any additional shipping costs. We apologize for any inconvenience and will make it right!

11. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive your package, contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate with the carrier and file a claim if necessary. For lost packages, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund once the claim is resolved. We recommend checking with neighbors and your building management before reporting as lost.

12. Store Credit Option

Prefer store credit instead of a refund? We offer 10% bonus credit when you choose store credit over refund! Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase. Let us know during the return process if you'd like this option.
