3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before order fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors occur. Sales tax may apply based on your location.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the US, UK, and South Africa. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location (5-10 business days domestic, 10-20 days international). Free shipping on orders over $75. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30-day easy returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Return shipping is free within the US. Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Final sale items and intimates cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Refund Policy for details.
