30-Day Easy Returns

At ChargeZone Fashion, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Requirements

Items must meet these conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Return

1. Contact our support team at hello@chargezone.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (free for US customers)
3. Pack your item securely with tags attached
4. Drop off at your nearest post office
5. Receive refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned:

• Intimates and lingerie (unless defective)
• Final sale items
• Items without tags or showing signs of wear

Return Shipping Costs

• US Customers: FREE return shipping
• International Customers: Return shipping costs deducted from refund
• Defective Items: We cover all return shipping costs

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us for a free exchange within 30 days. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.
